These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website seatup.in, mobile interfaces, booking systems, physical workspace facilities, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Vostral Private Limited (“Company”, “Seatup”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in Kerala, India.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

Seatup does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. Access to workspace is a license to use space, not a lease.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Booking & Access Rules

• Seatup reserves the right to relocate assigned seating if operationally required.

We may deny entry for violation of policies, misconduct, or safety concerns.

However, no transmission system is completely secure.

6. Payments & Fees

All payments made through seatup.in:

• Must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR)

• Chargebacks without valid grounds may result in account suspension
• Pricing may change without prior notice

• Seatup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
• Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vostral Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from:

Without notice for:
